Privacy notice

What happens to the email address you leave when you reserve your pew.

Who runs this signup

This signup is run by Fox & Frog Ltd for Jade Proudman’s personal retrospective as founder of Savage Cabbage. You can contact me at savagecabbage@foxandfrogltd.com.

What I collect

When you sign up: your email address, the date you signed up and any permissions you select on the form.

When the form loads and when you submit it, HubSpot also receives technical information, such as your IP address and browser details. Like any web host, Netlify may log technical details of visits to the site, such as IP addresses.

What it’s used for

Sending you updates about The Savage Cabbage Obituary, including a notification when the Order of Service is published
Running the website and sign-up form, and protecting them against spam and misuse

Obituary updates only. Signing up does not add you to any other mailing list, including Fox & Frog’s. Your address is not sold.

Why I’m allowed to use it

Updates are sent with your consent, which you give by signing up. You can withdraw it at any time. Technical information is used to run and protect the site and form, which is in our legitimate interests.

Cookies

The sign-up form is only loaded when you choose to open it, and HubSpot may then set cookies. See the cookies page for details.

How long I keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or until I stop sending obituary updates, whichever comes first. Then I delete your address.
